Le délai ne pourra être honoré qu’avec une décharge écrite de la part du ... Reading between the lines - two different "délais"? Explanation: After building permit (I imagine this is what you're looking at) has been granted, there is normally a period during which the beneficiary of the permit must wait to allow third parties (neighbours and other interested parties) to express their objections. I also assume the contract between the builder and the owner calls for work to start on a date (Le délai défini ci-dessus) falling in that "period of reflection", as often happens, since people want to get their projects up and running and making money as soon as possible. The builder will only start work on that date if given written clearance so to do by the employer who thereby accepts responsibility for the infringement. |
