French term or phrase: conducteur technicien des travaux du bâtiment
Issued by ESTP, Paris:

"DIPLOME

de Conducteur technicien des travaux du bâtiment"

Not much other useful context.

I've tried to split it up:
Conducteur: foreperson (IATE confirms this, works foreman or general foreman) / supervisor / project manager
Technicien : engineer / technician (Routledge Technical)
travaux du bâtiment : construction work

It doesn't seem to all fit together well, and BTP is not my best subject area. Maybe I'm being too literal.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Is foreman old-fashioned or what is the issue with it (if you'd like to and have the time to explain?)? You have some agrees from KudoZ people I rate, so I'll take your word for it.

Asker: Oh, and thanks of course, that goes without saying!
