Explanation:
Once warrants become *caduque*, I take it to mean they have expired, meaning they were not exercised before the expiry date.

If you insist, you could account for the *constatation* bit with something like "recorded expiration" or "noted expiration", but I think it's best to keep it simple as long as the meaning is clear.
