French term or phrase: taux de réalisation de l'EBITDA budgété
Can anyone help me with the following from a profit sharing agreement?

Ce critère est potentiellement impacté par le taux de réalisation de l'EBITDA budgété au niveau de la Business Unit.

This criterion is potentially affected by the budgeted EBITDA realisation rate?? at the Business Unit level

Something similarly but not identically worded comes up elsewhere in the document. Is this the same thing and if so should it be worded slightly differently in English?

Cette enveloppe pourra ensuite être ajustée a la hausse ou à la baisse, en fonction du taux de réalisation du budget d'EBITDA réalisé au niveau de la Business Unit

This sum may be subsequently adjusted upwards or downwards, based on the EBITDA budget realisation rate?? achieved at the Business Unit level

neutral  Daryo: you find "realisation rate" in many different contexts (not only about billable lawyer's hours) - would make sense but I can't find any reference.

en fonction du taux de réalisation du budget d'EBITDA
depending on the ratio of the actual EBITDA compared to the budgeted EBITDA

Explanation:
a bit longer, but for sure unambiguously accurate.

the EBITDA at the end of the budget to the budgeted EBITDA ratio

Explanation:
Le taux de réalization est un concept de contrôle de gestion.

Il consiste en la comparaison entre les résultats attendus et les résultats effectifs (actual to expected ratio).

In this case, the actual is EBITDA at the end of the budget and the expected is the budgeted EBITDA

disagree  Daryo: besides being "inspired" by other people's answer, where do you see in this ST that this ratio is calcuated "at the end of" (whatever it's supposed to mean exactly) the budget? It could be at ANY time, as far as I can find any clues in this ST.

disagree  AllegroTrans: "end of the budget"? decidedly vague term and not one I have ever seen

disagree  Germaine: Il n'y a rien à comprendre de ce "end of the budget" (the end of the budget/fiscal year???) et de ce "budgeted EBITDA to budgeted EBITDA ratio // I did. There are more common and "user-friendly" ways to express simple notions.
