Credit Suisse is more specific to the subject than Asker or Wikipedia. In the attachment below, it is clearly mentioned that mortgage titles can be transferred. In such a case, the collateral also must be transferred.

The acquirer is free to also transfer the transferred mortgage title. In such a case, this acquirer has the right to define a new mortgage loan and a new collateral.

That new loan is called 'créances cédulaires/
