Asker: Thanks, but I'm having a problem understanding how the noun "accessoire" in the first 4 excerpts can be "ancillary fees". As I say in my question, the first 4 excerpts are clearly not the same usage as the others, where "ancillaries", "ancillary fees" or "incidentals" apply. How, conversely, can a "contrat de prêt", a "hypothèque conventionnelle" or a "sûreté hypothécaire" be an "ancillary (fee)"?
