You can use "policyholder" or "insured" if you know which it is - they're often both the same person, but not necessarily so, esp. with life insurance, as I suppose this to be (tête is specific to life insurance). However, I would go for "member" here, as it is often used to describe both policyholders and insured persons in the case of mutual ins cos.
