grain clusters Explanation: I believe "billettes" is the diminutive for "billes" (EN balls, marbles). So, these are literally "little balls of grain." These are often called "clusters" in this context in EN. "I got my sample of Almond Crunch Muesli in the mail and was pleasantly surprised.
