French term or phrase: bordereaux de proposition
After a call for proposals, a national lottery contracted with a printer.

At the end of the contract:

Annexe A *Bordereaux de proposition* n° 1 à 8 (bordereaux de prix)

Proposal list/ List of Proposals
Explanation:
I wouldn't use 'itemized'. It doesn't suggest this at all in the original. I'd go with 'list'. 'Bordereaux de prix' would be 'price list', so logically, why shouldn't 'Bordereaux de proposition' be 'Proposal list' or 'List of Proposals'?

Other possibilities could include slips/ forms/sheets/notes (if they are individual and separate proposals)
