agree  Julie Arbon: 'scoubidou' is a craft game where lenths of coloured plastic are plaited and woven into various shapes and designs www.actifan.com/index.html . It has nothing to do with 'Scoobydoo' the animated dog created by Hanna-Barbara.

"Scooby Doo"

Explanation:
I think, that is what you are looking for. Or a general term made from 'Scooby-Doo' trademark e.g. scooby-doos

disagree  eirinn: that's the way of spelling the name of the dog, not of the game.

Explanation:
It would be great to be able to keep "Scoubidou", however, other than a few European countries, no one will know what you are talking about. If you do want to use "Scoubidou" then you have to put in brackets what it is. Here are a couple of suggestions: plastic craft lacing, craftlace and s'getti string braiding. These are actually mentioned on top of US "Scoubidou" craft kits.
