French term or phrase: accès de prévu
Really it's the "de prévu" I don't understand as there is another occurrence of it:

Aucun accès sécuritaire de prévu lors de la conception de la ligne de production pour aller inspecter / changer rouleaux du convoyeur.

Risque SST présent puisque aucun moyen de mitigation de prévu.

Is the 'de' extraneous in both situations?

no provision made for... / ... not planned
Explanation:
No, it's a bog standard expression in FR, the 'de' has no specific translation value on its own.

Like « Je n'ai rien de prévu pour ce soir » — "I've got nothing planned for this evening"

Of course, I have included the negative of the 'aucun...' in my answer, so my edit of the headword term really ought to have been:

'aucun... de prévu'
