"rendering of the service" reads as too much of a calque on the French "rendre service à quelqu'un", which also reads as a being a little off track in context. If you are working in exchange for payment, then you are not doing them a favour!

Cécilia's second suggestion in the body of her answer reads more naturally, with the following suggested modification :

"enable the job to be performed in exchange for remuneration".

You cannot say "A compensation". You could say "in exchange for financial compensation". But I don't like using compensation here, remuneration works as well in English as in French.

Lastly, the word "prestation" bothers me slightly, as this is more often found in contexts where a person if offering his services (the provision of services). The small amount of info we have suggests employment (for a salary) not
