Please note this is one term thanks. See below, for an employment contract. All I can think of is that the length or duration of the work to be performed shall be broken down or counted / calculated in days, pursuant to article XXX, not sure if these are the most appropriate words for this term though. Thanks

C’est la convention collective qui détermine quelles catégories de salariés sont susceptibles de conclure des conventions de forfait annuel en heures.

The same "daily" vs. "hourly" time accounting is used in some US firms – also on the basis of "responsibility" and/or "discretion," as defined in the corporate world. :-|
