based on details (up) to Explanation: As W/A says, an 'état' is basically a document or statement of information; here I think one could stretch that to be 'the information it contains' How to handle the 'arrêtés le' depends on how what follows is expressed; often, when talking about corporate accounts etc., it is 'as at 31 December 2010' etc. However, in this situation, it seems more likely it is going to be something like 'the 28th of the preceding month' etc., in which case you might need to tweak the '(up) to' etc. to suite. |
