• Poste aménagé
☛ Le poste aménagé s’applique sur le principe que l’arrêt de travail n’est pas une obligation
mais un droit. Il ne s’applique qu’à des accidents « légers », c'est-à-dire n’occasionnant pas
plus d’une à deux semaines d’arrêt.
☛ Le reclassement temporaire est possible si :
• il s’agit de blessures légères, avec un arrêt de 1 à 2 semaines maximum
• la victime est d’accord pour occuper le poste aménagé jusqu’à son rétablissement
• la victime ne risque pas d’aggraver sa blessure ou de retarder la guérison
• la médecine du travail donne son accord de principe
