This word "supra-conventionnel" is completely absent even from linguee but "indemnité supra-conventionnelle" gets a few exclusively French hits, e.g. http://www.easydroit.fr/forum/67189/delai-de-paiement-de-l-i...
"Compensation over and above the contractual compensation (for loss of employment)" would be my stab. Any HR lawyers out there who know better?
