agree  Tony M: Yes, 'take each other's place'

  -> Yes, but we'd more likely say 'cover for' or ' fill in for'!

agree  Dr Andrew Read: Yes, good HR jargon. Certainly works for EN-GB.

agree  Sheri P: Some grammarians would say "each other" is fine here, but "one another" is probably the safer bet http://www.quickanddirtytips.com/education/grammar/each-othe...

  -> Thanks- the old rule used to be each of two, one another for 3+;

neutral  nweatherdon: I do not disagree, but it's a little informal of a way to say it, and "cover for each other" can also be taken in the sense of helping to hide wrongdoing, something that a bank would be very careful to not want to present or imply in any possible way.

  -> The concept is widely understood, with or without any pejorative connotations; you may be confusing "cover UP FOR each/one another", which is a front to hide wrongdoing, with what I actually put.

neutral  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: same reservation as NJ. Howabout "stand in for each other"? More formal and unbiguous.

  -> "More formal and unbiguous" ?? Say no more; 'stand in' works too, though.

agree  writeaway: I think your answer is fine in the context. It's clear and it's HR speak
