bad news: because of confidentiality you can't give them
a possible solution: if this is a kind of standard form, post a link to a blank form, if you can find one on the tax office website, or some accounting site.

First point, I'm taking the stance that the pay slip is French and not French Canadian.

"Net Fiscal" normally means the cumulated/total amount of earnings that have to be declared to the IRS or inland revenue for income tax (note: in France, this total is higher than the actual sum received by the employee as certain state contributions are reintegrated into the salary for tax purposes - "CSG/CRDS non déductibles").
However, when "NET FISCAL" means this, this normally appears at the bottom of the pay slip.
Additionally, if they mean this then (unless the slip is for January), the amount for "NET FISCAL" should be a fair bit higher than "BRUT IMPOTS".
If "NET FISCAL" is lower than "BRUT IMPOTS" (and especially if the pay slip isn't for January), then they probably mean the net earnings that have to be declared.
However, if the pay slip is from Quebec, you need to know that income tax is generally deducted from the salary "at source" (i.e. by the employer on behalf of the government, the equivalent of PAYE in the UK (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pay-as-you-earn_tax ), and so it might mean something else eventually.
You need to clarify the country (it'd help). :)
