La place du DP dans le droit des IRP

English translation: The role of DPs under IRP regulations

French term or phrase: La place du DP dans le droit des IRP
A heading in a PP doc about the role, rights, duties of the various bodies representing employees (IRP), in particular that of the DP (Délégué du Personnel). My problem is NOT the "technical terms" but rather how to express:

- "la place du.... dans le droit".

Under this heading it goes on to explain the employee representatives' rights and duties, the procedures involved (recourse to experts, who can accompany him in meetings...), means of communication (minutes, notice boards...).

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Perfect, except I used "IRP law" instead of "regulations". Thank you for taking the time to help.

The role of DPs under the law governing IRP

Explanation:
Or "The role of DPs under IRP law", but I suggest something with a bit more of a pompous tone to reflect 17th century pomposity of the monarchy.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Pomposity for Power Point, sounds good! Actually, precisely because it IS a Power Point doc, I prefer the simpler "under IRP law". Thanks for your help.
