French term or phrase: avenant bailleur
Consolider les rapports d’activité et superviser la rédaction des annexes pour les rapports et/ou *avenants bailleurs*

Appears in a job description for a position at an NGO. *Rapport bailleur* has been translated as "donor report", so what could the avenant be? Standard translations of the term seem to all point towards "amendment, (additional) clause, rider, supplement", yet it looks like something the NGO wants to communicate to the donor, and not something to be added to a contract. Could it be an update or interim report?
Thanks in advance!

donor supplement

Explanation:
It's often used to mean a schedule or endorsement to a contract or insurance policy, but that's not the case here. In its more general sense, it just means an additional document, perhaps tacked on to the end of another one.
