I'm not too sure about this word but I think it could mean 'trends'. Here's the full sentence: 'Poursuivre la collecte de récits et témoignages pour mesurer l’impact qualitatif des activités et identifier les déviances positives.'

I'm just looking for some peer agreement on this really.
