French term or phrase: Capitalisation (du projet)
La société a fourni l'expert l'expert en suivi-évaluation, chargé de l’appui à la programmation, au pilotage, au suivi-évaluation et à la capitalisation (du project).

I have been told that in this case "capitalisation " is to be understood as the capacity to use the lessons learned (another term very much used in EC jargon), but I am really sure on how to translate this in a shorter way /using a noun.

agree  rkillings: But not without following the word with "of project skills and knowledge" or some such. Otherwise, the accounting meaning has such a strong grip on the word that the reader will think it's about project costs. Make clear that it's jargon.

  -> Quite right, although "(du projet)" follows in parentheses, which I had taken to be part of the original. The rest of the context may take care of any ambiguity. If not, your suggestion runs smoothly.
