Could this be money transfer flow? Since it is talking about payment transactions can I assume 'flux' means cash flow?

If, however, the text is a bit more technical and talking about the IT aspect, then "flux" is probably data flows/streams. I would imagine that, for example, a payment "flow" could be mirrored by an 'acknowledgement of receipt' type of flow in the opposite direction. This would not be a 'money transfer' per se, of course. The distinction between "transactions" and "flux" leads me to think this could be the case. In any event, if it's at all unclear, it could be safer to keep things general rather than specific.
