agree  Nathalie Scharf: Yes, since it is a contract- I don't understand your references though!

agree  Charles Hawtrey (X): I think it's "(must) strictly apply" to have real meaning. (should) has too optional a meaning and makes that part of the contract meaningless in EN.

Explanation:
must closely follow procedures developed...

if it is procedures rather than "knowledge"

agree  R. Alex Jenkins: Great! You could say 'closely stick to' as well, being less formal perhaps, with the freer use of a phrasal verb.

disagree  Ghyslaine LE NAGARD: strictement = exactement, rigoureusement, formellement, scrupuleusement, précisément = strictly - closely is not strict enough!

XXX is required to/must strictly apply (e-commerce) know-how/savviness

Explanation:
Hello,

My translation:

XX doit appliquer strictement le savoir-faire mis au point par YYY ainsi que les modifications qui lui seraient apportées > XXX is required to strictly apply (e-commerce) know-how/savviness developed by YYY as well as any potential modifications made thereto...

modifications qui lui serait apportées = modifications which may be made to it (know-how/savviness)

I'd just say "potential modifications" ....

I hope this helps.
