French term or phrase: remise dégradée
I Know that 'dégradée' has been covered several times before, am looking for a solution to translate this without using 'degraded remittance'.
Context: file exchange protocols for authentication and remittance of card transactions (e.g EMV) between a card accepter (merchant) and an acquiring bank, where the remitter has lost some information pertaining to the transaction he is submitting for settlement.

Thanks ormiston, good idea but when pushed on the matter my client has said to use 'manual' remittance.
