French term or phrase: charte de confiance
This is a the title of a section in a website for holiday home rentals. It outlines the responsibilities of homeowners and renters. I often see this term used in French websites. Is there a standard translation?

code of conduct
Explanation:
this is quite formal but I think it's a good alternative to using charter and a lot clearer

An example of the French, which seems to often relate to use of information:
Charte de confiance & Confidentialité des données

agree  SGavidia (X): The French Government mandated the Trust Charter for all online commerce to protect French online consumers. In this case it might reference the renter and owner's responsibilities to also safeguard the homeowners since there is mutual reliance.

disagree  Julie Barber: It doesn't relate to "confidence"; the translation here is about "trust"/conduct

Charter/Guest's charter

Explanation:
I don't think the translation needs to include a translation of the word 'confiance' as this is implied in a Charter. Charte de confiance is a phrase which is common in French but doesn't translate easily into English.
