Okay, I'm not entirely sure what this says exactly. I'm translating a contract for an online publisher, and I have this sentence in one of the articles. There appears to be a logic problem.

Basically, I'm not entirely sure what "amène"s the company to consult the messages. There's then the "via le formulaire de contact..." which sounds like it's the source of the messages sent to the person publishing content, except that logically the form would be used to contact the people running the site.

Hard to say for sure which would be best, but we're talking about an obligation of some sort, which may have to be met.

The society may be called upon/required to review the messages sent to the publisher of a certain work for illegal content.

Are they warning messages? The contact form is the same as the as Report Abuse form. That's how they can access to the messages? They may be called upon to do so by law. Far from sure, though...
