disagree  Tom Bishop: "bande passante" is bandwidth and has nothing to do with scrolling banners. What would be the technical advantage of scrolling banners if download times were poor? They would simply aggravate the situation.

agree  fcl: ... to _their_ commercial bandwith. Maybe two connection speeds available: a cheap one with a narrow bandwith, and a "commercial" one, more expensive, and with a broad bandwith.
