Convention collective popped up in the very first google reference I saw. It makes sense, I just refuse to guess.

Of course we can't be sure what it means, and strictly any answer is a guess, but not a complete shot in the dark. The context, to me, quite strongly suggests Convention Collective. It's feminine, which is a start. It fits well with "au moment de son engagement" and "mentions obligatoires" Certainly this combination of words is plausible:

"il est remis au distributeur une feuille de route comportant les mentions obligatoires prévues par la convention collective"

I think there are good enough grounds to suggest it in the translation, though it would probably be wise to add a note expressing some caution and pointing out that the meaning is not certain.

This is not a particular company. It's France. This is a reference guide that provides a great deal of detailed information about jobs in journalism, from the hiring process, to vacation policy, classification/compensation, lists of unions, and more. A very long document.
