Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / SUBCONTRACTING CONTRACT FOR THE CARRAIGE OF MERCHANDISE
French term or phrase: vacantes
This is a text from Luxembourg. I have put in capitals the word

Does the customer mean "unattended" "uninsured". I don't really understand the choice of the word " vacan"t in French.

Thanks - I chose this although "vacant goods" exists in English but it didn't seem to work here.

abandoned/available

The company XXX undertakes not to leave abandoned/available the goods entrusted and which in case of theft, fire, or degradation would be fully assumed by his own responsibility.
