agree  Eliza Hall: Exactly. You can put "rights" at the start or end of the phrase; either way works. Here's an example: https://www.lawinsider.com/clause/rights-cumulative-and-not-...

neutral  AllegroTrans: shouldn't that be "non-alternative rights"?

Droits cumulatifs et non alternatifs
cumulative and non-exclusive rights

Explanation:
- cumulative, as opposed to concurrent or 'aggregatable' rights or remedies.

Example sentence(s):
  • Remedies Cumulative and Non-Exclusive. The rights of entry, sale, or suit, as hereinabove or hereinafter conferred, are cumulative of all other rights.

disagree  Eliza Hall: Nope, exclusivity isn't the issue. This means that whoever has rights A, B and C can have all 3 of them (they're cumulative) rather than having to choose between them (they're not presented as 3 alternatives from which you must choose just 1).

  -> You are referring to the cumulative part only. The alternatives are not mutually exclusive of the others.
