Yes, your hunch was righ. "résiliation" makes no sense. It's a typo for "réalisation". OTOH this being a legal document, the client should be made aware of the typo - I wouldn't correct it myself.

You don't get to have as "main object" of a contract to terminate the contract itslef!

Unless the contract that follows is about mostly how orders can be terminated, I think you have to take this for a typo and it should be "réalisation".
If there is just a standard paragraph however near the end about "résilation", that does not change what I said above.
See what others say of course but it's a typo for me.

That ought to be a pretty strong indication if the title is right or got typos.

The only way to sure if the label is the right one is to take a look at what's inside the jar ...

What's the whole document about? What's the section/paragraph where "résiliation" is used about?

Adrian MM. is probably right "réalisation" makes far more sense, and it's easy to let slip "résiliation" where there should be "réalisation" if you are rereading your own text, but only you have the whole document.

Double take: excuse my own 'short-sightedness' but I think the authors of the text have, unless this is about court-ordered rescission, mixed up the spellings of a completion (doc.) and termination.
