This is a "certificat de renouvellement". The heading is

I am not quite sure how to distinguish between marque de fabrique and marque de commerce.

Sorry, forgot services. Example: A Car wash Bussiness works under the mark " at Billy" and a similar one under the mark "At Johnny" . Each of owners needs to be distinguished on market, protecting under trademark similar services.

in your renouvellement form, you will find " class of protected products, commerce and/or services. Each national law denominates different Trademarks branches, but in English TRADEMARKS include all that branches.

No problem from 3 terms to 1! That 1 includes more than 3...
On labels you will descover only TM (trade mark) or R (registered), free of other specifications.
