French term or phrase: sous bénéfice de priorité
I understand that this means that the assignee (cessionnaire) will have the priority when it comes time for him to deposit a request for another patent... But does anyone have a standard phrase for the above? Here is the sentence:

La cédante cède par le présent acte, à la cessionnaire qui accepte, le droit de propriété et d’exploitation attaché aux brevets, de sorte que la cessionnaire pourra, sous bénéfice de priorité, déposer des demandes de brevets homologues des brevets objets du présent acte, dans tous les pays de l’Union de son choix.
