Once again, I understand what this means, but am hoping to find a neat phrase for this. For the moment I have "neither security nor collteral" but am not at all satisfied. The sentence:

La cédante déclare qu’au jour de la signature du présent acte, aucune licence d’exploitation ni aucune cession n’ont été consenties sur les brevets, lesquels ne font par ailleurs l’objet d’aucun gage ou nantissement, qu’ainsi, la cédante en a la libre disposition.
