French term or phrase: Demanderesse
Hi there,

The context is a patent application, here is the sentence:

"In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the demanderesse proposes a manually operated liquid dispenser that can occupy a dispensing position and a refilling position comprising..."

All I have found is a definition “person who demands a legal process” :S

Any ideas?
Thank you.
