French term or phrase: renonciation des avocats
Actually it's the whole sentence that's bothering me, but I think I have to do it one term at a time: "Les frais judiciaires sont réputés entièrement compensés, avec renonciation des avocats respectifs – qui, à cette fin, signent le présent acte – au lien de solidarité visé à l’art. 68 L.P."
Does it mean that the lawyers waive their fees?? (that would be a first methinks!) or that the parties dismiss their lawyers? or have I got it all wrong? As the previous question - from a text originally in IT

Explanation:
this is how i read the sentence:

with lawyers signing the present deed no longer being part of the solidarity link....surely not well expressed in English!

hope this helps!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for helping me understand the syntax of the sentence, but I think it needed the term "waive"
