agree  Philippe Etienne: My R&C also says "rennet stomach". No context issue here. Knowing the parts of a cow's stomach was a requisite in primary school in the 70s, but I suppose it's no longer taught//Oh I see, a matter of registry. Thanks, I didn't know.
