During the occlusal phase of a cycle, the mandible describes a CENTRIPETAL movement. The pattern of a cycle depends on the type of food and its stage of crushing. According to the crushing, the ***occlusal tables*** come closer, till contact in the last cycles.

I think ''sortie'' is already implied at the beginning of the sentence by the term''sortie du cycle''.
I looked for terms like ''exit occlusal table'' or ''output occlusal table'', but I have not found anything.
