French term or phrase: grade podologique 1
Hi,

This is patient was hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinial Disorders for the repositioning of his implanted pump.
Under "Bilan des complications" there is:
"Neurologiques: Grade podologique 1. Antécédents de troubles trophiques: 1 ampoule sous la plante du médio-pied. Test au monofilament: altéré."

I believe this is a diabetic foot classification but wanted to double check.

This is for the USA.

Thanks

Explanation:
Indeed, this is the severity of the neuropathy, often due to diabetes or chemotherapy. I would add the word neuropathy because there is also a foot grade scale for ulcers.
