Oesophage: on note une hernie hiatale par glissement. La jonction muqueuse ou ligne Z est acensionnée à 38 cm avec un cardia anatomique situé a cm de l’introduction de l’endoscope. Le bas oesophage est le siège d’erosions superficielles sus vestibulaires non confluentes, situées à 1 heures, et remontant sur 1 cm.
