Radiographic Findings
A radiographic skeletal survey demonstrated osteolysis of both
pubi, the right ilium and ischium, and the sacrum as well as a
healing fracture of the right ischium (fig. 1 A). An excretory urogram
was normal except for extrinsic compression on the right side of
the bladder. Reexamination of a radiograph taken at age 1 month
revealed a small lytic lesion in the right pubis (fig. 1 B).

agree  mrrafe: I think ilium (= iliac bone) is synonymous with iliac crest. Aside from the source text, suggest you check whether EN is osteolytic or osteolic.
