Hello,
Does anyone know the precise English term (if there is one) for the expression "à fort potentiel de prescription" in the following context?

"Une vingtaine de médecins, dont la majorité à fort potentiel de prescription, étaient présents et ont pu apprécier cette soirée scientifique pleine d'innovation !"

I understand what it means - that these are doctors targeted as highly probable potential users of the device (an electronic injection device for self-administration by patients of subcutaneous medication), but I don't know how this should be said in English. I concocted "high-potential XXXX prescribers", but am not all that happy with it.
