Medical: Instruments / Laparoscopic Surigcal Device
French term or phrase: concentré de technologie
"Nouveau système d’assistance opératoire miniaturisé : ce concentré de technologie s’ouvre l’accès d’un grand nombre de blocs opératoires."

From a little text about a pretty sophisticated laparoscopic surgical device. I'm having real trouble with "concentré de technologie". The literal "technology concentrate" would just be ridiculous, although I've seen that a few times in my Google research. "Concentrated technology" sounds a bit better, but I'm still not very happy with that. I'm wondering if I can go out on a limb and call it a "technological marvel" or something along those lines? Or maybe "high-tech device/instrument"? Any other reasonable thoughts for how this can be rendered into elegant English? TIA for your help.

This is a marketing text - when literal does not work for idiomatic reasons, you need to improvise.

neutral  writeaway: synthesis is in the French??
5 hrs
-> I get your point. But "synthesis" does not promise technological currency that may not exist in the actual product, and yet still indicates that several technological gizmos are packed into the device
