I am quite sure we don't say "antenna" in this case. Could it be the coils?

Here is a large excerpt from the document:

Les ANTENNES d’une IRM sont les éléments qui émettent les ondes de radiofréquence permettant de mettre en résonance les protons d’hydrogène du corps humain, et qui recueillent le signal amenant à la formation de l’image. Elles sont la pierre angulaire de la qualité de l’image : meilleures sont les ANTENNES, plus grande sera la qualité des images.
Avec le nouveau système mis en place, les ANTENNES sont désormais intégrées à la table d’examen. Cela permet l’exploration de plusieurs organes sans mobilisation du patient et, en augmentant la densité des ANTENNES au contact du patient, améliore la qualité des images.
Par ailleurs, pour l’exploration des articulations, les ANTENNES peuvent également être flexibles et s’adapter ainsi au mieux à l’anatomie de chaque patient.
