French term or phrase: dérouler la recette de fermeture
This is part of a QA Deviation report regarding a non-conformity in a pharmaceutical manufacturing process.
Injection of chemicals through an injection skid is involved. Something happened, and as a result the door of the skid could not be properly locked, but I cannot understand exactly what.
Here is some context:

Lors de l'installation du flexware dans le moule du skid, il est nécessaire de **dérouler la recette de fermeture** de la porte en maintenant celle-ci fermée pour qu'elle se verrouille et que le run soit possible [...]

[...]
Le [date], YY et WW [...] ne sont pas arrivées à verrouiller la porte du skid, malgré plusieurs relances de la **recette** et le maintien de la porte à deux.

Après plusieurs tentatives, seul le haut de la porte était verrouillé mais le run a pu être lancé.

I cannot find "dérouler la recette" or "recette de fermeture" anywhere. Is it something about a latch, or a stand, or a frame? But why should one have to unroll/unwind it?

Asker: Thank you Drmanu. I agree with "procedure" (or "settings") but not with "scroll down" which seems a bit passive - I think they mean that all the steps in this procedure need to be completed before the door is locked.
