French term or phrase: Test H.S.

In a German document (to be translated into English) about IV pumps there are a series of test messages in French (the equipment was made by a French company).
The context: tests are being performed on the pump; if there are no problems, the message "Test OK - Debrancher la pompe" appears (detach the pump; this part I understand), and an LED glows green. If there's a problem, the message "Test H.S." appears, and an LED glows red.

Most of the messages are fairly easy to understand, but there are a few that are causing me problems, so forgive me if I burden you with additional inquiries over the next day or so.

Explanation:
I would say "Test Error" or "Test Failure" or "Test Malfunction" as it is the machine that malfunctions NOT the test!
