In a document about cataract surgery: this scalpel / knife is used to make a counterincision in the cornea:
" on réalise la préincision cornéeenne sur le meridien de 10 heures, une contr-incision au couteau de Worst 45° à 2 heures. L'incision cornéene "tunnelliséeé est accomplie au couteau calibré à 3.2 mm..........."
Has anyone heard of this kind of blade? - only gets one google hit!!
