Military / Defense / military service record
French term or phrase: relations des services
This is the translation of a Belgian military service record dating from the 1980s for a museum exhibit.

It includes a double-page table with the title 'RELATIONS DES SERVICES' and (illegibly) a number of various transfers with the date and administrative stamps. It is noteworthy that a footnote mentions the air force, indicating that inter-service transfer can be listed.

I am looking for a better translation than 'SERVICE RELATIONS'. Perhaps 'INTER-SERVICE TRANSFERS' would actually be more accurate?

Explanation:
When I served in the RAF our transfers from RAF base to RAF base were referred to as Postings. The Navy called them Appointments. Sorry, no references except personal experience.
