I have a psychiatric report that says "Nous ne retenons pas de séquelles sous forme d’aggravation". Does this mean something like "The sequelae have not gotten worse"?

Here is the context:

En conclusion, ce dossier témoigne à la fois d’une composante psychiatrique importante depuis au moins l’année 2000, mais également d’une présentation psychosomatique prédominante et cela bien avant 2014. Le trouble de somatisation était présent et sévère depuis au moins le milieu des années 2000. Nous ne retenons pas de séquelles sous forme d’aggravation.
